Wishing Everyone a Happy, Healthy, and Kosher Pesach

[1]Wow, this has been a very intense month for me. I tried to post many helpful recipes but there are so many categories I didn’t even get to. Sephardim make many beautiful stuffed vegetable dishes, as well as the whole topic of mina’s, mashed potatoes, and the list goes on. Oh well, they will keep for next year. Enjoy your holiday, I have to work on setting my table now. Linda
