Laker Potatoes

Congratulations to the Los Angeles Lakers. I hope you go all the way to win the championship. As I listen to the pre game talk blaring from the televison, I thought I should post this photograph of these fantastic looking potatoes I found in Wednesday’s Santa Monica Farmer’s market. This is their real skin! They are called Laker potatoes and aptly so for the purple and gold. Bake some of these!!
