		<description>Dear Karl, I never tried it, I would be worried that if the fish is moist it will absorb the flour and get gummy.  Give it a try, but make sure the fish filets are patted very dry before you flour them.  Perhaps you could use some plastic bags , paper plates or aluminum pans to flour and bread the fish at the last minute.  regards, Linda</description>
