Hi Linda,
I just sampled both of your cheesecakes. What a wonderful treat for a Monday afternoon! I don’t think I have ever had cheesecake this delicious before, store bought, at a restaurant, or home made!
Thank you so much for sending it to us via your husband.
Nadine

Hello there:
I came across your site as I am trying to find a recipe for a type of boreka that my father used to love, but has not tasted since his Sefardic mother passed away in the early nineties. He says it was called borekas d’almues, meaning nuts. It apparently had a sweet walnut filling, similar to baklava. Do you have the recipe for this? I want to surprise him by making it for him.
