This is not a recipe post but more of a thankyou and acknowledgement to Bon Appetite Magazine for having a terrific collection of Passover dessert recipes. I think, that the next two posts are renditions of recipes that came out many, many years ago, before the internet, email and blogs. Check out their site for even more recipes. This latest issue has a wonderful recipe for an almond macaroon cake that I definately want to try making.
