Fourth of July Party Menu

By Linda Capeloto Sendowski Leave a Comment

Fourth of July- Oh my gosh, it is almost here.  I wonder where I stored all of the paraphernalia for the 4th, flags, banners, red, white, and blue napkins… ?  I sent out cute email invitations to the family for a barbecue.  I am planning to serve all American favorites, but keep the calories low key, except for the fried chicken.

In this summer of economic uncertainty and upsetting headlines, I think it is a good idea to enjoy our backyards or pack up the food as a picnic and take it to the park or beach.  Enjoy your family and friends.

I dedicate this post to Mitchell’s first year, (and probably the hardest of all) first year of sobriety.
