It is late Tuesday night and I am sure all of you are preoccupied with your Hechos de Pesach or Passover Preparations. I have lost count of how many grocery stores and how many dozen eggs I have purchased. I will share something with you all, I like the calm before the storm, it gives me a chance to be the chemist I always wanted to be and work on meringue and egg white based desserts. Also another year and another beautiful table design to throw myself into.
Everyone seems to have accepted the invitations this year so that is another thing I like, a full house. It is almost depressing when you have under 10 for Seder!!
