I purchased so many cans of pure pack canned pumpkin puree in my enthusiasm for Thanksgiving and the specials in the market, that now I must think of uses for all of this exuberant purchasing.  Pumpkin, a quintessential Fall flavor  is great for more than Thanksgiving.  Last Friday night I served pumpkin Challah for Shabbat dinner.
