I hope you all enjoyed these last couple of days.  For me it was a couple of days of extreme adrenalin carrying me through, the menu preparation, all of the arrangements, and re-evaluating my goals, my values, my direction in life.  The New Year has truly begun with a burst of activity, I wish all of you and your families the health, fortitude, and prosperity to carry out all of our dreams and plans.
